Root Studio Coronavirus COVID-19 update

Tom Bradley

Business as usual...sort of

We know it's a worrying time for everyone at the moment - individuals and businesses alike. We wanted to reassure our customers that we'll be continuing to provide our services in full.

As a result of the recent government announcement (16th March 2020) we've instructed our staff to work from home and as such the studio will be working remotely for the foreseeable future. We've always been prepared for remote working; our file storage is cloud based and our team have all the tools they need to be productive from home.

As such, we wanted to reassure all our customers that this new setup will not lead to any loss of service or productivity from Root Studio. Should you need any support over the coming weeks and months then please don't hesitate to get in touch using all our usual contact details.

The team are already enjoying regular Skype meet-ups and we've quickly adapted to our new at-home work spaces. Should you wish to speak to us face-to-face to discuss an upcoming project, or work in progress, then we're happy to arrange a video conference to discuss your needs.

We know the next few weeks and months are going to be a challenge for everyone, but we're certain that we can all pull together and make the best of the situation. Now is the time to think creatively about your business and how it can fulfil it’s potential & we are here to help and up for a challenge! We hope that, wherever you are, and wherever you're currently working from, that you and your families are safe and well.

All the best from the team at Root Studio.
