We've worked with Katie Green on creative solutions for her event marketing including numerous poster designs, flyers and programmes supported by t-shirts and her own online presence: madebykatiegreen.co.uk.
After working with Katie Green on the promotion of various programmes and performances over the last ten years we've recently collaborated on the biggest project to date: The Imagination Museum.
This unique performance project is bringing dance to museums and heritage sites across the UK kickstarting with the Mayflower 400 tour. As well as showcasing forthcoming events the website will document the journey of performance work, provide a new online hub for information about dance work in museums and heritage sites and create a new community of choreographers, dancers and event organisers up and down the country. The branding for the project is quirky and original, harking back to a period of beautiful sign writing to give the logo a heritage feel.
During the COVID-19 outbreak many performances were cancelled or postponed but Katie didn't want people to miss out on the anniversary of the Mayflower voyage. We decided to put together a mailer package containing all sorts of information, activities and craft materials to engage with people both young and old in the safety of their own homes. The artwork has a wonderful vintage design featuring bespoke illustrations and a suitcase style printed box.
Would highly recommend - I've worked with Root Studio on multiple projects and they always produce high quality creative design work, as well as being friendly and supportive throughout the process.
