Having previously worked with the Upturn team to develop their brand we were tasked with bringing their digital presence to life in 2019. Upturn needed a website that would reflect their services to their growing customer base and would help them push into 2020 with their ambitious growth plans.
Starting with a blank canvas, we worked with the team to decide on the key areas the website needed to address. It was clear from these initial discussions that Upturn needed the content to highlight the team, ensuring current and potential customers saw them as a people-led organisation. With this in mind we knew coupling team profiles with company aims and values would be vital for driving home this message.
The new site features personal biographies, allowing users to see who they might be dealing with and allows users to interact directly with them through LinkedIn should they wish. We also drive users to the contact area of the site through relevant calls to action throughout the site, where we put a real focus on speaking to a member of the team with our 'Prefer a Call' contact form.
Upturn's focus on client services is vital to their business success and our introduction of subtle animations and a fluid grid for the service pages ensures that we showcase the consultancy and management abilities they have to offer in an easy to digest manner - always ensuring that customers can easily get in touch at any point.
As an award winning business, Upturn also needed an easy to update news area where short, snippet style posts can be added quickly and easily to update customers on what's going on in the business. Combining these industry insights with case studies has allowed us to populate the news area of the site with relevant and interesting articles that will keep users returning to the site again and again.
We loved putting this site build together and we've been delighted to develop the brand to produce LinkedIn page graphics, as well as a library of design material to help the brand progress to the next level. Using Perch the team find adding to the website a breeze and we're looking forward to hearing about what the team do next.
