New digital home for successful entrepreneur Lawrence Barton

Tom Bradley

Lawrence Barton's new website

Lawrence is a senior director of a family-owned business portfolio that spans several sectors and holds a variety of prominent community leadership roles, including Festival Director of Birmingham Pride and Leadership Commissioner for the West Midlands Combined Authority (WMCA).

Working closely with the team at Bridgehead Communications in London, we were tasked with building an online home for Lawrence that showcased his wide-ranging business portfolio as well as his community work. Featuring sections tailored to the core pillars of his work we developed page templates that show his important business and community work as well as his commitment to developing skills and apprenticeships within the local community.

We’re delighted with the new website. The team were excellent and thoroughly professional throughout the whole process. We highly recommend them.

Featuring subtle animations and smooth page transitions we’ve been able to demonstrate Lawrence’s modern approach to business in a professional manner. Highlighting press ‘clippings’ was always an important part of the brief - Lawrence is regularly asked for his opinion on topical business stories that appear in the local and national press. We’ve built an online hub for these press links that seamlessly combines them with longer format articles in his wide ranging News & Opinion section.

Combining professional photography with a fast, mobile optimised layout have ensured that Lawrence and his PR team are now in full control of his online presence. Using our easy to use CMS software we look forward to hearing more from Lawrence over the coming months and years.
