We focus hard on creating tailor-made websites that are a pleasure to use and deliver a fantastic ROI for our clients.
Understanding your brand and target audience is vital for producing an intuitive and engaging website. During our conversations and workshops we’ll discover what makes your brand unique, gather insights from any available data points and gain a detailed overview of your business.
Our user research will start with any available data from your CRM, your website and your social media accounts in order to assess user behaviours and interactions. Working with you, we’ll then perform a series of workshops with your customers, front-line staff and marketing team that will result in the production of a User Empathy Map (or ‘persona’) as well as a detailed User Journey Map that defines where you should be marketing, when and how.
Our experienced design team will produce three bespoke website designs that approach your brief in different ways. These concepts will be iterated and refined thoroughly in-house before being presented for your consideration. We’ll create interactive prototypes for you to explore in the browser including all core page templates required.
Our team of developers start all builds with the creation of a thorough digital style guide. All our code adheres to the latest web standards and is written by our in-house development team. You’ll be able to review your website build within a secure staging area available for you to see at any stage during the development process.
Once the CMS (Content Management System) has been installed, we’ll provide you with a one-to-one tutorial for editing the site. Typically you’ll be able to edit almost every aspect of the site’s content with ease and flexibility. We’ll offer you various monthly support packages ranging from regular software update and security patches to content audits, reports and other custom packages to suit your needs.

Frequently asked questions
Our website design fees vary depending the complexity and functionality required (rather than the number of pages for example). As a rough guide, fees for a single landing page start from £2,200+VAT, with brochure sites and e-commerce solutions starting at £8,000+VAT.
We can produce text, image and video content for your website for an additional fee.
For new websites we build using Statamic or Shopify and can also support websites build using Perch, Craft or Wordpress.
Timeframes can vary from project to project but as a rough guide the process typically takes between 8-12 weeks for a standard brochure style website.
It’s important to consider what your target audience would respond well to rather than personal preference but if you don’t think any of the concepts fit the bill then we will discuss why this might be before revisiting the design phase and presenting more concepts for your consideration.
No problem, we have many overseas clients and meet regularly via video call. All estimates and bills are provided in GBP and can be paid via bank transfer or credit card.
After a design contract has been agreed we will send over a deposit invoice. We typically bill website projects at either three or four milestones during the design and build process.
