Student living is a changing market, certainly different to what we remember from our University days.
As more specialist housing options are made available to the next generation of undergraduates, developers need to define a clear USP in order to attract their audience. Lincoln's 'The Dog House Living' has done just that with their new luxury offering.
Their latest development, due to open its doors to residents later this year, boasts some radical selling points including en suites for all rooms, designer decor, sky & Netflix subscriptions as well as a dedicated cleaner and gardener (when can I move in?), oh and bills are included in the monthly rent of course. Whilst the value of this offering speaks for itself it was important to establish a brand image for The Dog House Living - one that spoke of its high-end quality, designer-finish and fresh, vibrant and fun appeal.
Our final solution is simple but effective. The new logo features an adapted sharp, edgy and high contrast serif and vibrant colour palette for a punchy, confident look that balances cool sophistication and a vibrant, quirky nature. The stacked logotype then creates a subtle house shape overall.
Whilst construction is still under way, Lincoln locals will have already spotted the new roadside signage promoting The Dog House Living's unique product. The sign itself (and our door hanger design) give you a sneak peak into how the new branding will be applied moving forward, with bold colours, fun photography and prominent messaging.
