The Cornhill Quarter revealed

Tom Bradley

Lincoln's City Centre is changing. With several schemes coinciding to create some fantastic new shop and restaurant spaces, an 800 space car park and a new Transport Hub, the Cornhill Quarter is the latest concept to compliment those plans already agreed. The Cornhill Quarter redevelopment is a sensitive combination of repair, refurbishment, extension and new development to the Corn Exchance and Sincil Street properties adjacent.

"We aim to bring new life, vibrancy and prosperity to the area, whilst making the most of its existing character buildings." The Lincolnshire Co-operative

Working closely with the Lincolnshire Co-op, Banks Long & Co and the City of Lincoln Council, we have created a vibrant brand for the Cornhill Quarter including marketing materials, exhibition displays and various masterplan and city-wide development plans to help best explain their ideas.

Today's public consultation is the first time these plans have been shared with the public in this much detail and we eagerly await their feedback, which we hope to be largely positive. We're excited by the various plans for developing the city and can't wait to see them take shape soon.
