Good exhibition displays capture people’s attention from a distance and create a talking point. Only then can you share your expertise and gather important leads for your business. So what’s the process?
It starts with a conversation
The first step is to gather a comprehensive brief for the project. What’s the footprint of your stand? Where will you be using the display? Who’s attending? What are your key messages and goals? With this information in place we can provide you with an accurate estimate and give our designers the detail they need to create a design that’s tailored to you and your circumstances.
The creative process
Our design team will consider the best use of the space that you have available in order to maximise the potential for your investment. Working closely with you, we’ll provide a range of layout options and develop a design that’s unique to your business and its audience.
Production & installation
We work closely with a selection of trusted suppliers that we’ve collaborated with for years to produce the very best quality displays. Displays can either be delivered to you for installation by your team or for larger/more complex display systems we can arrange for our suppliers to help you to construct the displays at your event.
Environment
We’re dedicated to being carbon ‘positive’ forever. That means that any printed items produced by the studio will be offset at the end of the year at no extra cost to our customers. Find out more about our environmental policy here.

Frequently asked questions
How much does a display design cost?
Exhibition display designs vary depending on the scale of the space and the complexity of the design. Please contact us to discuss a bespoke option for you.
How many revisions are included?
Up to three rounds of revisions as standard within our design contracts. Additional changes after this point are evaluated and estimated based on their complexity (we will never charge you extra without permission).
I am outside of the UK, how would this work?
No problem, we have many overseas clients and meet regularly via video call. All estimates and bills are provided in GBP and can be paid via bank transfer or credit card.
How do you bill for a project?
After a design contract has been agreed we will send over a deposit invoice for between 25-50% of the project fee (subject to requirements). The remaining balance will be billed upon completion with our standard 30 day payment terms.
