Fresh and active branding design for Snowsport England

Snowsport England branding design by Root Studio Lincoln

Collaborating with PR agency Shooting Star we've rebranded this amazing sporting body.

We were tasked with refreshing the branding of Snowsport England, the national governing body for snowsport in England. The organisation supports its members as they progress their skills and aims to improve their experience of the sport across the board.

With a focus on promoting the spirit, culture and values of the sport we worked on a range of concepts for discussion.

After a collaborative process we developed the new logo and explored how it should best be applied moving forwards - eventually cementing our ideas within a comprehensive brand guidelines, for the organisation to refer to as they update their materials. The expanded, leaning logotype, tweaked and tailored by our designers, gives the illusion of speed and aerodynamics whilst the vibrant colour palette is reflective of a bold, confident brand. You'll also notice that the lettering has been adapted to seamlessly integrate two mountain peaks within the logotype.

It was a pleasure working with both Snowsport England and Shooting Star on the project and we look forward to seeing how the brand moves forward over the coming months and years.
