How we work
Great wayfinding signage is easy to identify, it’s concise and simple to use but it’s also an extension of the user’s experience of your brand.
Our design team can streamline complex signage requirements. Any single project might require multiple signs in different sizes and formats (each solving different problems). By creating a consistent design language we’ll ensure they all feel connected to your space and brand.
Finding the right locations
For an existing building it’s worth reviewing current sign locations to ensure that we have the right signs in the right places. For new buildings/spaces we will work with you and your architects to define the most effective routes to take visitors from A to B and assign signage locations accordingly
Establish a visual language
Next we’ll consider the design and iconography used across your signage, creating a visual style guide for our design team to follow throughout the project. This ensures that signage is consistent across the board and makes for a more intuitive experience for visitors
Materials, locations & applications
Wayfinding signage can be hung, lit, projected, wrapped, stuck, printed, carved and more! It’s important to ensure that the material or process we adopt for your project is relevant according to its context and task
Accessibility by design
To create an inclusive environment you may wish to consider appropriate font sizing, braille or audio signage for your building or space
The production process
We work closely with a selection of trusted suppliers that we’ve collaborated with for years to produce the very best quality signage. Once we’ve decided on a format for your signage we’ll liaise with our partners to gauge costs and implications before the creative process begins
The installation process
Our expert partners will fit your sign or display safely and securely in position. For more complex scenarios they’ll also perform a site visit beforehand in order to assess the situation. Alternatively, if you’d prefer to fit your new signage yourself then that’s absolutely fine

Frequently asked questions
How much does a sign design cost?
Signage designs vary depending on the complexity of the message you’re looking to communicate as well as the intended format of the sign itself. Please contact us to discuss and we’d be happy to share a ballpark
How many revisions are included?
Up to three rounds of revisions as standard within our design contracts. Additional changes after this point are evaluated and estimated based on their complexity (we will never charge you extra without permission)
I am outside of the UK, how would this work?
No problem, we have many overseas clients and meet regularly via video call. All estimates and bills are provided in GBP and can be paid via bank transfer or credit card
How do you bill for a project?
After a design contract has been agreed we will send over a deposit invoice for between 25-50% of the project fee (subject to requirements). The remaining balance will be billed upon completion with our standard 30 day payment terms.
