How we work

Find out more about how we can help your country event

A great countryside event should be a staple part of everyone’s calendar and we’re here to make that a reality. Over the years we’ve worked with some of the country’s biggest and more extravagant events (as well as smaller country fairs) to help them stand out from the crowd and attract the right audiences.

Research & discovery

Understanding your event and its target audience is vital for establishing your tribe and producing an engaging web experience. During our early conversations and workshops we’ll discover what makes your event unique, gather insights from various sources and gain a detailed overview of your show and its following.

User Journey Maps

The best way to add extra value to your branding, marketing and website is through user journey mapping. Our user research will start with any available data from your CRM, existing website and/or your social media accounts in order to assess user behaviours and interactions.

Working with you, we’ll then perform a series of workshops with your customers, front-line staff and marketing team that will result in the production of a User Empathy Map (or ‘persona’) as well as a detailed User Journey Map that defines where you should be marketing, when and how.

Strategy

Armed with our research, we can work with you to establish a clear and cohesive marketing strategy for your event. This might include how to approach your various marketing channels, planning for a new website, producing show guides and illustrated maps etc. - everything you need to deliver an outstanding show!

The creative process

Our experienced design team can work with you to develop everything from your branding, marketing materials/templates, website design, illustrated maps, signage, tickets to sponsorship packs and steward information packs etc.

Developing your website

Our team of developers start all builds with the creation of a thorough digital style guide. All our code adheres to the latest web standards and is written by our in-house development team. You’ll be able to review your website build within a secure staging area available for you to see at any stage during the development process.

Ongoing website support

Once the CMS (Content Management System) has been installed, we’ll provide you with a one-to-one tutorial for editing the site. Typically you’ll be able to edit almost every aspect of the site’s content with ease and flexibility.

We’ll offer you various monthly support packages ranging from regular software update and security patches to content audits, reports and other custom packages to suit your needs.

Environment

There’s nothing neutral about our feelings towards carbon. That’s why we’re dedicated to being carbon ‘positive’ forever. That means that any printed items produced by the studio will be offset at the end of the year at no extra cost to our customers. Find out more about our environmental policy here
