Research & discovery
Understanding your business and its audience is vital in order to establish a successful digital marketing strategy. During our conversations we’ll dig deep to discover how your business currently interacts with its customers, your goals for the future and gain a detailed insight into your target audience.
Understanding your audience
User research is the most vital part of the process. Our research will start with any available data from your CRM, your website and your social media accounts in order to assess user behaviours and interactions. Working with you, we’ll then perform a series of workshops with your customers, front-line staff and marketing team that will result in the production of a User Empathy Map (or ‘persona’) as well as a detailed User Journey Map that defines where you should be marketing, when and how.
The creative process
With a strategy in place we’ll explore a range of creative solutions for sharing your brand story and answering the questions your audience might have across various digital platforms and touchpoints. Initially we’ll present several concepts, each exploring a number of deliverables to give you a good overview of the flexibility of each campaign solution. We’ll then develop and refine your preferred design direction and produce a solid long-term marketing strategy.
Digital marketing
We will work with you to produce cohesive campaigns across multiple channels including social, digital advertising and your website (amongst others). We can either produce all artwork for you on a set fee or retainer basis or create branded templates for your in-house marketing team.
Content & SEO
A tactical content marketing strategy, keyword research and top-level SEO are all vital components towards drawing new and relevant audiences to your website. We can work with you to discover and implement the best quality content to widen your reach and engage your audience in a more affective way.

How much does a digital marketing campaign cost?
The fees involved with producing a marketing campaign can vary from project to project depending on its scale and the number of deliverables required. Please contact us to run through your requirements and we’d be happy to send over a ballpark.
How long does it take to prepare a digital marketing campaign?
As a rough guide, the research process can take roughly 2-4 weeks with a further 2-4 weeks to prepare a detailed digital marketing strategy.
What happens if I don’t like the marketing concepts?
It’s important to consider what your target audience would respond well to rather than personal preference but if you don’t think any of the concepts fit the bill then we will discuss why this might be before revisiting the design phase and presenting further concepts for your consideration.
I am outside of the UK, how would this work?
No problem, we have many overseas clients and meet regularly via video call. All estimates and bills are provided in GBP and can be paid via bank transfer or credit card.
