Over the last 17 years or so we’ve had the pleasure of working with zoos, heritage destinations, restaurants and businesses of all shapes and sizes
Working hand in hand with our talented illustrators, you can achieve hand-crafted, engaging items to share with visitors to enhance their experience of your product, service or venue.
The discovery process
After receiving a brief from you, we'll perform our own research into suitable styles, assets and activities that would appeal to your specific audience. We'll share and discuss this with you to determine a suitable route forward and firm up our estimate.
The creative process
Our illustrations are all produced by hand with the finishing touches applied on screen. We'll share initial sketches with you to iterate and approve before moving onto the finished, coloured artwork. Once complete, the vector artwork is scalable to any size and can be shared in any format required.
Printing your items
Over the years we have built up a network of trusted experts in print production specialising in everything from brochures to exhibition displays, screen printing to letterpress, traditional sign writing and specialist print finishes. Wherever possible we take care to ensure that any products commissioned by the studio are built to last and use the most sustainable and appropriate materials possible.
Environment
There’s nothing neutral about our feelings towards carbon. That’s why we’re dedicated to being carbon ‘positive’ forever. That means that any printed items produced by the studio will be offset at the end of the year at no extra cost to our customers. Find out more about our environmental policy here.
Discounted services
We're proud to offer registered charities and not-for-profits an exclusive, discounted rate when collaborating on projects, helping them to deliver their invaluable work. In all, our discounts total around £20,000 per year in donated services.

Frequently asked questions
How do you bill for a project?
After a design contract has been agreed we will send over a deposit invoice for between 25-50% of the project fee (subject to requirements). The remaining balance and production fees will be billed upon completion with our standard 30 day payment terms.
I am outside of the UK, how would this work?
No problem, we have many overseas clients and meet regularly via video call. All estimates and bills are provided in GBP and can be paid via bank transfer or credit card.
