Launch bold, exciting and successful events through great branding and marketing

Working with event organisers worldwide we deliver creative brands that inspire audiences and sell tickets

Over the last 17 years we’ve helped to launch and promote events of all shapes and sizes including Californian rock festivals, rural British agricultural shows, family friendly fairs and New York wine tastings. Whatever your event, we’ll develop your vision into a crowd pleasing design and punchy marketing campaign.

How we work

Announce your event with a bang and give your audience an experience to remember!

We’ll work with you to create an impactful brand and marketing materials for your next big event. From audience research, branding, marketing strategies, website design and more - we’re there to support you with the delivery of a bold, cohesive campaign.

Audience research

Our brand team will research similar events worldwide, examining current trends and discovering any untapped opportunities for your launch. We can analyse any available data from your CRM, your website and your social media accounts in order to assess user behaviours and interactions. Working with you, we can then perform a series of workshops with your customers, front-line staff and marketing team that will result in the production of a User Empathy Map (or ‘persona’) as well as a detailed User Journey Map.

Marketing strategies for events

With all of this homework complete we’ll be in the position to discuss data-led strategies for launching your event in the most successful way possible.

Creating a brand for your event

During the design phase we’ll explore a number of creative directions, all undergoing a thorough process of iteration and refinement before being presented to you alongside a range of example applications of the brand in order for you to examine the proposed design ‘in action’. We’ll then develop your preferred design until you’re happy with the finished visuals for your event.

Website design for events

We’ve produced countless websites for events all over the world each with their own bespoke design and creative flair. From line-ups and schedules to ticket options, accommodation, interactive illustrated maps and more - our website designs are as bold as they come and leave your audience with a fantastic digital experience of your brand.

Creative support for event organisers

We love to build long-term relationships with our customers and have worked with some event organisers for almost a decade, evolving their brand and launching new record-breaking events each year.

Frequently asked questions

How much does a logo design cost?

Our logo design fees can vary from client to client depending on your specification. As a rough guide our branding fees start at £2,400+VAT.

How many revisions are included?

Up to three rounds of revisions as standard within our design contracts. Additional changes after this point are evaluated and estimated based on their complexity (we will never charge you extra without permission).

What happens if I don’t like the design concepts?

It’s important to consider what your target audience would respond well to rather than personal preference but if you don’t think any of the concepts fit the bill then we will discuss why this might be before revisiting the design phase and presenting more concepts for your consideration.

What does a Customer Empathy Map include?

A Customer Empathy Map (or ‘persona’) is a detailed overview of your typical customer. It will include a breakdown of their typical attributes (age, gender, location, background, character traits etc.), as well as an overview of their core goals and tasks. The map will also consider your customer’s mindset, what issues they might come across and what information might influence their decisions.

What does a Customer Journey Map include?

Informed by your Customer Empathy Map (or ‘persona’), your Journey Map would break your customer’s typical journey with your business into various stages. For each stage we’ll examine what tasks and questions they might have, we’ll consider how they might interact with your business, what mindset they’ll be in and what might influence their decisions. At the end of the process you’ll have a detailed overview of how and where you should be making contact with customers and what matters to them at that particular stage.

How much does a website design cost?

Our website design fees vary depending the complexity and functionality required (rather than the number of pages for example). As a rough guide, fees for a single landing page start from £4,500+VAT, with brochure sites and e-commerce solutions starting at around £10,000+VAT.

What CMS (Content Management System) do you use?

For new websites we build using Statamic or Shopify and can also support websites build using Perch, Craft or Wordpress.

I am outside of the UK, how would this work?

No problem, we have many overseas clients and meet regularly via video call. All estimates and bills are provided in GBP and can be paid via bank transfer or credit card.
